I called ahead to see if they had the costume I needed. The gentleman answered the phone professionally and confirmed he had the costume. He said he would pull it from the shelf and it would be waiting for me. When I arrived 30 minutes later he asked, did you call about the costume ... I have it right here. Excellent service!
