We went to this restaurant at the recommendation of our conceirge. It was a good thing they gave us the Open Table confirmation, as the restaurant did not have it in their system. It didn't look like it would make a difference as the restaurant was only 1/2 full (8:00 on a Saturday - should have been a clue!). They placed our party of 7 on the top floor. We were the only table occupying that room the entire time we were there. The service was horrendous. Once we got the food, which was mediocre at best, we never saw our waiter again. After we ate the meal we sat for 15 minutes with empty plates in front of us. Four bus boys stood 10 feet away the entire time and avoided our stares. When I asked to speak to the manager, they suddenly scurried to clean the table. The manager's attitude toward our poor service was shocking for a restaurant in this price range. His response to me was ""Well, 90% of our customers are happy."" Not surprising, they were attempting to add a 20% gratuity to my party of seven. To me the food was not worth taking the chance of a very poor dining experience. Not to mention, the poor attitude the management had on the restaurant customers.
