The young vet squeezed our 9 week old pups throught and heard it gag and therefore diagnosed it with Kennel Cough. I bet you if I squeezed her throught she would gag also. She did all the examination she could and found nothing else wrong with the pup but it gaged when ""chocked"". They wrote out a reciept for the visit and didn't even put the findings on the bill!!! Her cure was to give him antibiotics for 10 days and then another checkup. What kind of vet does this unless they are only in it for the money and not the welfare of the pup. Why give a healthy puppy durgs to cure a non exsistent problem??? We took him to another vet down the road and he was in excellent health. Sounds like the vets are getting to be too much like the doctors by being in it all for the money to me. That was a wasted vet visit and wasted money.
