Loud, and fairly expensive 1/28/2008

I'd heard good things about this place, and went in. We were the only ones there at the time (a table of about six of us). Not only was the music obnoxiously loud, but the prices were grotesque. In a city where I can pretty much go anywhere to get comparable food or drink (and, for that matter, a hookah), it seems fairly appalling that the management would think to assault its customers with that level of discomfort during the experience. Hookah is meant to be enjoyed slowly; to be lingered over with friends. This place makes it seem like something you burn through and run away from. Definitely give it a miss. Save your money and go to Sahara East. Pros: Waitress was fairly nice Cons: loud, jarring decor, cannot hear your friends, music is tacky, overpriced more
