I was a first-time customer and was treated in the worst possible way (I can't imagine how they treat the regulars!). The stylist even with her self-proclaimed 20yrs experience did not understand what I wanted to do neither did she show the slightest willingness to ""get it"" (even with my showing pictures in style magazines etc.). Not only that she was extremely impatient and didn't want to communicate at all in the beginning, even though I had stated that I need to fix the previous cut (done in a different place). The haircut she finally did was totally unfit for me and my hair, and the stylist was negative all the time while working. The worst part was her nervous jerks on my head while simply combing my hair! She gave me a headache just being there. She only smiled once when she was walking me to the cashier's to pay. The girl there was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to respond to a basic q about a stylist product I wished to buy! When I paid, she never even said 'Thanks' or 'Bye'. What a waste of time and money. Terrible custommer service all around. \r \r Cons: rude and unhelpful service, unwillingness to communicate with customer, noncooperative, cold manners, bad styling more
