Essex is a great town to visit, located on Cape Ann and a 30 minute drive north from Boston. Nestled on a hill is Joshua's Corner, and inside is a hidden gem of a gift shop called Smart Goods. I am an avid shopper, and there are wonderful items all around the shop. From antiques and jewelry to furnishings and gifts, and everything in between, Smart Goods and Joshua's Corner is the shop to visit. There are candles and cards, but they are only the beginning. The shop has a humorous edge, and is sophisticated as well. I highly recommend a visit to Essex soon!
