I've been to this restaurant a few times for dinner and I always come away with a delighted palette. It really is fusion food and while some of the flavors and ingredients are common to Arabic food, it is more of its own thing than anything else. 95% of the dishes are complex, beautiful, and fresh and include a lot of local ingredients. The meats are cooked perfectly and the zaatar is good in any of the plates they serve it with. I was surprised to see the ""free glass of champagne"" note on this site. I've never been offered one... However, the staff are all very pleasant. If you order ""S..p Yo Mama"", be patient so they cook it well. It is a fab desert but the phillo was very undercooked when served to us. Don't ask for the explanation of the origins of the name...
