I completely disagree with the previous review. Although Dr. Napoli may not be as social as others but he is efficient, honest and direct. I dont feel at all that he is ruff. He was my doctor through my whole pregnancy, and now my primary OBGYN and I have not one complaint about him. I have gone through several OBGYN's and trust me I am picky. If you want someone that is not going to BS, tell you how it is, and let you know exactly what is going on, then I would def go to Dr. Napoli.
