Very friendly and down to earth owners. They do a fantastic job on our flat coated retriever. When they're done with him, his coat is shiny, he smells great, and he looks neat and trimmed for months! A little pricer than PetsMart, but comparable in cost to other nearby grooming places. Also, very easy to get an appointment.
