Very over-priced, poor quality horrible customer service after sale 1/14/2008

I purchased a sofa and loveseat in September. It was delivered @3weeks later. After only 3 weeks, it was swaying in the middle and the fabric was rotating on bottom cushions. My mother asked if I got it at Goodwill. In January, after two months of trying to get it fixed and then trying to get my money back, they finally came and got it, but kept 20% (over $700.) for a restocking fee. I was lied to by several people and treated like I had an IQ of 10. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!! Pros: a lot to choose from Cons: immediately breaks down, managers lie and don't return calls or e-mails more
