Needed some stones set into solitaire settings. Called them, set a date, then came in. Was dressed as usual: sweats, cap, unshaven, sort of grungy looking. One gal (Nicole) took care of the counter, she helped a customer that had arrived prior to me.
Pros: Jewelers who know what they are doing.
Cons: Price. Dress nicely,.... you'll be treated differently.
