I had a good enough meal here, but it definitely did not live up to the ""great Italian food"" label I have heard associated with it from some of my friends. The most annoying part of the experience in the way the staff manically hustles around dropping food, pulling plates, taking the check, all lending to a ""hurry up and eat so we can leave"" atmosphere. The owner was very nice. The pasta was gummy and heavy. The sauce was decent. The soup was forgettable. The bread was excellent. I come from an Italian family that hails from Boston so its hard to compare any Italian food in Colorado to the North End. Still... I can't help myself and so far nothing measures even close.
