he stinks...misses pickups totally...NEVER returns a phone call...tries to charge you extra months later...ANYBODY else you choose is better than Scott Sigley Sanitation, my neighbor warned me about him...I wish I had listened.
Pros: NONE that I can think of, except that I don't use him anymore
Cons: lazy, lousy service
