I would like to say that some of these reviews being posted sound like sour grapes. This Spa has done nothing but bend over backwards for me every time I've needed something. The therapists are very attentive to my personal needs. I can't see just certain people when I go in, because I know everyone is amazing! When I walk in to Villaggio I feel as if I'm home. If I have ever had a complaint it would be that some of the other visitors are being too loud. You go to the spa to relax! The only thing Villaggio should be accused of is providing a warm and welcoming environment. I have to say that if the people posting these comments obviously can't be pleased by anyone.So if you ARE interested in finding the perfect place to relax or give a relaxing gift, VILLAGGIO DAY SPA is the place to go!
