I am embarassed that I was duped into the procedure that I had performed on my face. As others had mentioned I was in the mall and out of curiousity I stopped by the store front and was whisked inside for a consultation. As it so happened someone just had a cancelation and they were able to take me right away!
Pros: clean
Cons: high traffic area, lots of pressure to purchase more services
