What a nightmare. Be careful with this gym, although it may seem as a great value the staff remain unprofessional and managers and owners are never to be found. I had been a member of this gym and attempted to cancel in accordance to their 30 day ""certified letter"" policy. It states that to cancel you must send a certified letter stating your request to cancel.
