I have LOVED renting from Reliance Property Management. I found the apartment online and immediately called the company to view. The woman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. She stated that no appointment was necessary and that I could go by alone and use the lock-box code to enter. I did and fell instantly in love with the place!
Pros: Thumbs UP! They are courteous, quick, and easy to deal with.
Cons: Properties that are older have problems....luckily Reliance acutally FIXES THEM!
