I've gone there off and on for over 10 years (with exotics), and the vets have gotten worse over the years, and the staff is rude. Recently, a friend's ferret died from a perforated stomach after their ""ferret vet"" said he ""knew all there was to know about ferrets, and guaranteed there was nothing in the ferret's stomach."" It died 12 hours later. Necropsy showed a perforation from a rubber pen grip.
Pros: They're close to my house
Cons: Rude staff, arrogant vets (at least for exotics)
