The meat selection is not as fresh as you would think a deli should be. They are operating as a deli and are trying to incorporate menu items which do not compliment the theme of the business name. They should stop trying to compete with Pancho's Pit (a restaurant) and handle meats like the experts they should be. Leave out the miscellaneous menu items and stick to what you know. As mentioned your meats are suffering due to the fact that you offer other items. Hope to see a change.
