Hammond and Brandt are the WORST contractors that I have ever dealt with. Their lack of follow through on EXTREMELY important issues, attempts to renig on contracted services, and lack of respect for the community in which they are building should be taken into consideration when looking for a contractor in the high end market to which they are TRYING to appeal .. These builders are extremely unsophisticated and lack the vision to compete in the high end market ... My experience and that of ALL of the people living in the neighborhood in which my home was built was absolute HORRIBLE.
