My dog, Toaster, is my baby, and I wanted to make sure he was going to be well taken care of while I was gone to see my friend's newborn son in California. I searched for a nice overnight boarding service and was shocked to learn that there aren't that many nice, committed, and fun overnight boarding places in the Denver Metro area. Their name came highly recommended from one of the daycare providers, so I decided to check it out. Their website looked great and people I spoke with over the phone were polite and caring. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a tour, but the place looked and smelled clean. They told me that Toaster would play with other dogs of similar temperament and would sleep in his own suite. When I returned to pick him up, they gave me a picture of Toaster playing outside with other dogs. I could tell from the picture that he was having fun. They gave him a tennis ball and a bandana to take home. Although Toaster was happy to go home with me, I now know where I can take him from now on when I need to go out of town!
Pros: Friendly people who care about safety and comfort of pets.
Cons: It's in Watkins, but worth the drive, I think.
