No, you may have to wiat in the waiting room area, which don't let this turn you off, what you will see in the back room are the dogs that are being cared for - each person who comes in is listened to and helped to find the pet that offers them the best.....we've gotten 2 golden retreivers from these folks and each one has been a great companion.
