I received good color but a horrible cut, at a very inflated price. I was charged $25.00 extra for a color extender, but the color didn't last any longer than usual. There is also tremendous pressure to buy their products!! I gave in and bought some, but when I tried to return a few days later I was told I would only receive credit, even with receipt. They portray themselves as a top notch salon, but it is really like getting your hair done at the local strip mall salon. I bought the club membership which took forever to process, but never even ended using it as I quit going after 2 pressure filled visits. Unless you enjoy paying high prices with lots of pressure, I would not recommend this place!!
