I have tried all the other well known gyms in the metroplex, but nothing can compare to my experience at Sedona fitness. The staff is wonderful! This place is an upscale , very decorative, relaxed environment. And the one thing that I love the most about it, is the fact that is strictly for women. (Awesome)! Everything we need is provided for us at Sedona. So you do not need to bring anything with you accept your energy to workout. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of Downtown Dallas. I would recommend Sedona to anyone who maybe looking for a great place to relax and be pampered. You couldn't ask for a better place. \r
