Despite the glowing reviews this place has gotten, I've been stunned at truly how bad the service was. Generally I don't mind slow service when a place is slammed, but to be flat out ignored was a bit too much. The food itself wasn't bad, nor were the other patrons of the bar. The setup was decent enough. However, the waitresses ranged from lazy (didn't see mine for over half an hour, or was ignored when she walked to the bigger table) to flat out hostile (got sneered at for asking another waitress to find ours.)
Since these sort of things don't exist in a vacuum, I feel that the management is probably dictating this. If you are reading this, I recommend reassessing how your waitresses are treating customers. There are places that have better looking women that, gasp, actually treat the customer well. You're behind the curve here.
