I prefer local coffeeshops that have that "mom and pops" feel. It's a Grind reminded me too much of Starbucks with their decor, furniture and music. They do have free internet but a lot of people were having a hard time. I also don't like when I have to ask for a key to use the restroom since I was there for so long.
