Brad and his team did an fantastic job on my cars and gave me excellent service. He helped me on the rental car and the body work is outstanding. My Mercedes was rear ended before, and they were able to put everything back as brand new. There were absolutely no way that I can tell the differences. Another time, my Mercedes was impacted by someone trying to back out from the parking lot, and B2 was able to do the magic again. This time, my daughter had a car accident, and they could have fixed that for us and make the money. In stead, Brad told us we would be much happier to take the money and buy another car. I'm not the kind of person will jump into conclusion right away. B2 does provides consistency in the body work and service, and they do care about their customers. I will always go back to B2 if I need their help again...
