I can't imagine this store getting a negative review! It is small and the staff is not large, but they know their stuff and have always been more than helpful to me. As for the pricing, you will almost always get a reduction from the tag price, even if you don't ask. They carry better furniture than the chains - you get what you pay for. Their service after the sale is good, too. They've been in business forever...they're doing something right.
