The staff at this hospital is so rude and uncaring. the only exception was the receptionist Jessica who was very nice. Doctor Pohl treated me like I was an idiot! They really get you by charging for every possible thing they can. When I tried to explain that I am a recent graduate who is job searching and doesn't have a lot of money, she tried to make me feel bad for not having all kinds of money to do this unnecessary tests! She didn't listen to a word I said and then repeatedly kept telling me that I really needed to do this for my pets health. Lady do I need to spell it out for you....I DON'T HAVE ANY MONEY! She talked to me like I was a little kid, who was dumb or something. Not to mention when I picked up my dog from being kennelled there. One of the technicians said to me "oh your here to pick up "my dog" ". When I said yes, she proceeded to laugh hysterically. When I asked why she was laughing she said "oh nothing" and then every time she looked at me started to crack up again.
