We had constant mystery problems with our systems, our former IT providers were always in ""firefighting mode"", somehow they never managed to get ahead of the game despite a continuous stream of expensive bills for ""after hours"" and emergency service. I called Xantrion after a friend at the Oakland Zoo (who also use them) gave me their name. \r

They did an assessment of our network and recommended some changes which we had them make - these were farily pricy but you get what you pay for and I have to say we have not had problems since. We signed a support contract with them and have been happy with their service.
