Capnwhalen obviously doesn't get the transition from the Deli during the Day to the Bistro in the evening. I believe this family has made a great thing even better! If you think the fare at Blackwater is better than your tastebuds need to be re-examined. And if this place is as horrible as you say, then why are they slammed every night for dinner??
Pros: Wonderful food during the day and evening, great selection of wines, 9 beers on tap!
