We went to Tables last night for the first time and had to write a review as soon as we woke up this morning. It truly was the best dinner and dining experience we have had in our 5 years in Denver. I had the feta-baked wild salmon which was truly to die for and my husband at the Colorado lamb. The portion sizes were perfect and you could almost taste the heart and soul that goes into preparing each dish. I'm not sure how I will be able to eat anywhere else again.
Pros: Unique, focus on locally-grown and seasonal ingrediants
Cons: It will be hard to eat anywhere else again
