I took my husband to celebrate his new job and this was one of the best meals we have had in Denver. I wasn't sure what to expect, from previous reviews on this site it seems to be a place that one either loves or hates! We had reservations and were promptly seated on our arrival. The service was very attentitive and the staff knowledgable about the menu. I had the sauted salmon; it was beauitfully cooked and melted in my mouth. My husband had pasta; which was homemade and perfectly cooked with a well seasoned meat sauce. \r

The atmosphere is very nice but, a little loud. A frequent complaint of mine on restaurants.\r

We will make Undici a frequent destination for future evenings out.
