My elderly parents had a system installed and a contract pushed under their noses while other workmen were rehanging drapes that had been cleaned. In talking with consumer affairs . . . they seemed to have had other complaints and it may be that the cleaning company employees notified the alarm system installer whenever they were working with elderly/disabled and then shared payment info (check routing number and etc.) to secure payment.\r

Presently trying to cancel the contract but Firstline very uncooperative and deny that this could even take place. No paperwork was left with my parents and they do not even know how to activate or use the system.
Pros: quickly and quietly installed
Cons: not customer friendly
