Hi, Just go elsewhere. This guy comes off as a friend and is very passive aggressive. He'll tell you to your face that he does quality work and finished the job but never does. He goes after the next big paying job. Do not pay him in full until the job is completely done, even if there is a little left to do. Then he does poor work. The windows he ""fixed"" all failed and now water is getting in. He rarely returns phone calls and never finished the job even 2 years after asking. I'm done with his tactics and he was reported and they couldn not get him to comply even though he again said he would. Big liar. Go to a better place, maybe spend a few more buck but have peace of mind in the end. Lousy work ethics. Don't waste your time and especially your money. PS This was my elderly mom's house he failed to finish the job on.
