I needed to to clean my entire house. An animal enthusiast, I own 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a few birds that I ocassionaly let loose around the house .My carpet was a mess, i didn't think it could ever be cleaned. Lucky for me Flat Rate gives free estimates and demontsrations, and when they gave me a quote I was relived. It wasn't at all that bad. The crew arrived on time, were friendly and careful around my house. Now my carpets are nice and clean and that horrible smell is gone. And it didn't break my bank account at all.
