I've been to Cut several times, for business and pleasure. Always a great experience and the food has never disappointed. The sommelier Dana is very helpful and has turned me on to some of the best wines around. Somewhat hard to get into but well worth the wait. And if you just want a quick bite and drinks the Side Bar has a great mini menu from Cut. Try the sliders and Ahi Poke apps, great with their amazing beverage selection!
Pros: Fresh modern decor, killer steaks, fantastic wine/beverage list
