I had gone to Siggers and had a great experience with the stylist who did my hair that first time. She is awesome and I would recommend her any day. However, the salon itself and the people it is run by is a complete rip off and customer service is HORRIBLE. These people have obviously put themselves on a pedestal and think that no one can take them down. I recommended at least 10 of my friends due to the one hairstylist I was really happy with. However, my mom, who by the way has an accent and does not speak perfect English, went by herself and got RIPPED OFF. We paid one price every time we went and when she went by herself she was charged double. When I spoke to the owner over the phone he was rude and did not know the first thing about customer service. I said, ""Is that how you do your business? You tell people one thing and then you rip them off when they come in?"" ...and you know what he said to me?!? He said, ""Yup, it's my business and I run it the way I want to.? I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. I will NEVER go there again and will make sure none of the people I originally recommended will either.
Pros: The one hairstylist that always did my hair.
Cons: Owners care about $$$ only and 0 about customers
