Take my advice and AVOID APUZZI AT ALL COSTS. All the other negative reviews on this website are true. My roommate and I hade a TERRIBLE experience. We found a place in the East Village. Max was our agent (works for Apuzzi) and he is a nice guy. We put down a $300 deposit, and Max told us that he would take the place off the market, and we would sign a lease in a couple of days and move in a couple of days after that. We waited. 2 weeks. Nothing and nothing, and they NEVER returned phone calls - not once did I get Apuzzi on the phone. And then he would have different people call me and make excuses for why I couldn't reach him and why I hadn't sign the lease yet. Finally after 2 weeks, someone calls us and tells us that the apartment was rented to somebody else. After it was supposedly taken off the market. So we lost 2 weeks and were stressed out the whole time.
Cons: Lies, wasted our time, stole our money
