The food is really fresh and high quality at Maki Yaki. The service is friendly and quick. We have never eaten in the restaurant but it is a nice little place in a non-descript strip mall on Lincoln. We have ordered take-out about 5 times and enjoyed it every time. The prices are very good for Japanese food (like sushi, sashimi, teriyaki, tempura etc.) We have eaten so many things on the menu and never had anything we didn't like. The only thing I feel bad about regarding the take-out is all the packaging required. I wish they could find a less wasteful way to wrap everything.
Pros: Friendly service, high quality, fresh food
Cons: For take-out, the food is wrapped in a LOT of packaging (not sure what the solution is...)
