Bad customer service 9/17/2007

If you want to spend $10.000 on appliances for a new kitchen and if you have a problem and want help, don't go to Crossroads. Crossroads is into selling appliances but not backing up the sale. If you have a problem on installation and it doesn't work, expect a run around, delays and passing off responsibility. I had a problem with an appliance that cost less than $1,000 out of a $10,000 order. Crossroads passed me off to the manufacturer, and gave no support in getting it repaired or replaced. It has now been 7 months since the initial purchase and I still have no resolution!! Don't buy from Crossroads!!! Pros: local Cons: Bad customer service for appliances sold. Better prices, service, and replacement policies on the internet. more
