The after-the-sale service was horrible! After paying my deposit, I was given an installation appointment. The day before the appointment, I received a call that the appointment had moved from the morning to the afternoon. This last-minute rescheduling threw off the schedule for the plumber who was coming in the afternoon (a Friday afternoon no less). Don at the Waltham Floor Covering was full of excuses, was rude, and basically DID NOT care about the customer. He kept talking while I was trying to talk, would not let me finish sentences, and undoubtedly did not care about his customer. I was shocked as we'd used this business years ago and had gone out of our way to order this new floor from them. If I had not already waited almost a month for the floor, on top of having pre-paid 1/2 of the amount, I would cancel. As is, I will never do business with them again. I have never been treated so rudely or with such an uncaring attitude by a local Waltham business.
