We are relatively new to the area and have not found any really authentic, good Chinese food until we came and ate at Jade Palace. The problem we had on our 2nd visit was with the delivery. We are vegan and our order was sesame tofu. We received sesame chicken instead. Honest mistake that we expressed we understood. But upon following up with them, no apology, rude on the phone and although they brought us the correct order, we had to show them the chicken dish so they could ""inspect it"" to make sure we didn't eat any!? It was a little weird and unprofessional. Again, we are vegans and do not touch meat. Despite that incident we may continue to go back. Buyer beware of the customer service and their attitude. Although you can have positive, even empathetic talks with them they still can be a bit rude and unsettling.
