I have 2 cat with Chronic Renal Failure. Typical procedures include checking their blood pressure, I had to ask to have that done, and then he said it was difficult and not always accurate. (never heard this from any other vets!) Gave me erroneous info on administering meds and recommended one OTC med they no longer make and one that is not good to give to a CRF cat. When I questioned him and he walked away as though I didn't know what I was talking about. (I'm pretty knowledgable about the topic as I have been treating 2 cats the past year, do research myself, and have seen a specialist.) He didn't have time to discuss my cat, but spent several minutes telling me about the journals he reads and someone else cat. Sold me their "GOLD Package for 3 dogs (>$1,500) an d misdiagnosed my dog with kidney issues. Sold me a bunch of special foods and supplements.\r
