Came in with two turtles who weren't eating. First test showed a case of worms and I was given Panacur to help rid myself of the problem. Was told by technician and doctor to administer one drop per day. Was charged $6 and didn't receive enough of the stuff to even cover the bottom of the bottle. Called 4 times over a period of 6 days before receiving a call back to see how they were doing. When the doctor realized nothing was getting better, was recommended another doctor.\r

Second doctor put through a more expensive test and prescribed something different... told me to call back a few days afterward for follow-up. Sure enough, when I did and requested a call-back, I NEVER received a follow-up call despite 3 messages left over a 2-day period.\r
