I started seeing Tim because of contant back pains and body aches. He did a series of manipulative body movements that were quite painful coupled with acupunture. The pain went away for 2 months! Tim told me in that time to practice yoga to help keep my muscles supple and of course i didn't! I finally went to his yoga class on Monday and I have to say it is the best in the city that I have gone to. Relaxing and energizing at the same time it was like a massage. I intend to go atleast once a week. If you want to do something wonderful for your body and spirit this is the place to go!
