I have been living in Camden Lakeside now for 2-3 months and I hate it. I am getting a job transfer and can't wait for the move day to come. First off the managment team here is ignorant and very unhelpful if you run into any problems. First when me and my wife filled out the app. they told us we need to pay 35.00 per car to register it at a ""security company"" that drives around all night and makes sure everything is ok. Well we moved here in June, they didn't tell us that they haven't had it since Jan. but we still had to pay.... now why would I have to pay 70.00 for 2 cars for no security? I had to find out from neighbors that there was none. Then when I confronted the office after my truck and 3 others were broken into lastnight they were very rude and refused to help and agreed that there was no security but they still make people pay for it when you move in but no explaination why. People that live around us are loud until about 3am in the morning sometimes later. We were having sewer problems and finally after 3 weeks I gave up and paid for it myself to get fixed.. then again the office acting like i am bothering them and they have better things to worry about. The laundry area all the washers were broken and it took 2 weeks for them to fix it!!! now how are people going to go 2 weeks not washing clothes when it says in our lease we have on site laundry. there is about 10 washers and dryers you would think after the first one broke they would fix it and keep up on others..... but NOPE! not Camden Lakeside. Ok enough is enough you get the picture this place is horrible to live at. \r
