I brought my '99 Sienna for a complete tune-up before a 1,000 mile vacation. Everything went ok with the trip/van . no problems. After it was time to change the spark plugs, I went to another shop. The other shop told me that whoever installed the plugs before(Timonium Auto Specialist), put in the wrong kind. Instead of dual electrodes, they put in cheaper single electrodes. The specification is even printed on a sticker right inside the engine bay. Avoid at all cost. grumpy service too.
Pros: fast service
Cons: used cheaper parts, charged more.
