Baystate Property Management is by far the most incompetent management company that I have ever dealt with. They are slow to respond to tenant issues, hardly ever return a phone call in a timely manner, and make up excuses for their inability to do things in a way that I would consider to be timely. Most of the issues that I have asked them to correct have ended up costing me money due to the fact that I have had to hire private, outside contractors to do the work because Baystate Property Management has been so listless in responding. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Pros: If it taes me more than 1 minute to thin of pros, there probably aren't any worth listing
Cons: Where do I begin?? There are far too many to name...slow, incompetent, listless.....
