I can say that my experience with Rich Hill was terrible. My last name is also Hill and I?m ashamed to have this in common, because I don?t want anyone to think of me in any way associated with that company. His father Don Hill, was an amazing business man, but made the biggest mistake by handing the business over to his son. Rick is irresponsible and does not train his employees to customer friendly. My experience was with the body shop. They not only have poor customer service but they also are money hungry. I had them do repairs on my car and they FORGOT to put a major piece of my car back in that protects the driver. Then they LIED about it, when I contacted headquarters of Toyota over the issue they said they had had MANY problems there before and were sorry, but they don?t recommend Rick Hill Imports. That?s just plain SAD! Save your time, money, and heartache.....DONT Buy from them. It simply allows him to continually do BAD business!!!
